Zayed University struggled to engage students effectively through its existing digital platforms. Limited app functionality and outdated design. It hindered user satisfaction and downgraded its overall performance in the EdTech space.
The legacy app faced performance issues, compatibility problems, and lacked modern features. Outdated code, slow load times, and insufficient integration with educational tools made it difficult to scale and innovate efficiently.
Manual processes and fragmented systems slowed administrative tasks and communication. Limited analytics and reporting tools prevented data-driven decisions, affecting student support, academic planning, and overall operational efficiency across campuses.
Since Zayed University wanted to promote gamification, chatbot management, and the addition of a convocation module, they were looking to partner with a digital transformation service provider. After researching the market, they chose TechGropse as they were impressed by the proven track record of delivering digital transformation solutions.
TechGropse helped Zayed University by modernizing its current application and loading it with new features. We revamped their app by using a robust AI architecture. It enabled them to offer a more engaging app with new features to students. This transformation not only enhanced user experience but also improved student engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction across both Abu Dhabi and Dubai campuses.
